Payment Terms

Salary for accomplished tasks and orders is calculated and paid to our writers twice in a month: on 10th and 25th of every month. Resumes and CV’s which were successfully completed from 15th to 30th (31st) of a previous month are paid on 10th of a current month. Resumes and CV’s which were successfully completed from 1st to 14th of a current month are paid on 25th. You can receive your payments either with the help of ACH, GBP Backs, PayPal, E-gold, Wire Transfer, or with the help of AlertPay.

Payment Refusal

Unfortunately, certain misunderstandings can occur and prevent us from issuing payments in a due manner. Such misunderstandings usually take place because of a human factor mostly inflicted by our writers. We try to settle down all disputes promptly but you must be aware of possible negative situations and know how to solve them quickly and even avoid. Main causes of the payment refusal are: violation of customer's instructions, poor content level and various grammatical or stylistic mistakes. In such cases a customer can provide a negative feedback with the list of errors. Such feedback list is forwarded to a writer for a further revision. If he does a proper correction work, he will receive a payment in a full amount and without any fine. Our experience enables to state that most of the writers are victorious in terms of making revisions. Furthermore, be ready that some clients can cancel their orders and refuse to pay. We deal with such clients individually, but you as a writer should be ready to face any challenge. If a writer is assigned to do a revision due to undeniable arguments on behalf of a client, but refuses to do it – his fee will be decreased.
